The location was good, right next to St Michael's Church. The breakfast here was complementary with miso soup and dishes suitable for most tastes, for example.

The location was magnificent in Hikone city center. Further, it was not far from the train station and the electronic shop, and sightseeing spots nearby like Nagahama or Sekigahara. Appreciated staying at the double room for essentials.

Greatly enjoyed Hikone, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and reliable in a very convenient position being close to the railway station. It had particularly good and efficient location minute walk from Onoe Onsen.

I stayed at Comfort Hotel for my cycling trip around Biwako lake. The location next to Hikone JR station and close proximity to Hikone Castle made it incredibly convenient. They even provided a secure storage area for bicycles. The breakfast included in the price was exceptional, with freshly made food and seasonal fruit juices that gave me an energy boost for my rides. The beds were comfortable and the unique spaceship-like cabin bathroom added a fun touch. The hotel also had all the necessary amenities like TV, WiFi, and a fridge. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, both Japanese and Western.

I do recommend this hotel.

Great location very close to a relaxing hot spring! There's a nice restaurant just a short walk away. Our room had everything we needed - AC, lots of TV channels, and even a handy fridge to store our snacks 🌟.

It had a comfortable and efficient location, just off the train station, electronic shop, castle, station. 4. Café Zuiho Jrcafe located 1 mile away was a nice surprise.

We recently stayed at Comfort Hotel and had a wonderful experience. the room was fresh and odor-free, with plenty of power sockets for teleworking. the location was convenient, with free off-street parking available. the breakfast was diverse and catered to different cultures.
